2. Hosting and visiting the website
This website is delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, USA. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser in order to provide the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For transfers to the USA we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact forms
We process the details you enter in the form (name, company, email, phone, message and, where applicable, material or quantity) solely to handle your inquiry. For this purpose they are stored on Cloudflare servers and deleted when no longer needed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, for general inquiries Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. WhatsApp
When you write to us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes your phone number and your messages. Our WhatsApp service runs through a service provider who processes the data on our behalf. We use your messages to handle your inquiry or order. We only send news and offers with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time with “Stopp”.
5. Google Maps
The map on the Adhesive Technology page only loads when you click “Load map from Google Maps”. Data such as your IP address is then transferred to Google Ireland Limited. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).
6. Fonts and links
The fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google is made when they load. Links to other websites (for example UES AG or Facebook) only transfer data once you click them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen).
